In this recorded learning session, leaders from High Tech High in San Diego will lead you through the process of planning and executing empathy interviews with students. These interviews are meant to help teachers and administrators glean insights that will help them solve specific challenges or get candid feedback on whether changes are working.
We recommend going through the session with a team. Over the course of 50 minutes, you and your team will learn about and plan an empathy interview, then pause to conduct a real interview. Once you’re done, you can return to the last section of the video to debrief what happened.
